 Walt is the grandson of one of the original partners, Walter Roye. He came into the business in 1975 upon graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is currently the CEO and as such is primarily responsible for developing the long term strategy of the company; however he continues to work with some of the company's largest accounts. Walt has years of experience in the glass industry and works extensively in product development and sourcing. Walt is an avid skier, sailor and loves hiking, swimming and riding his motorcycle. He and his wife Kate, who is also involved with sourcing and product development, recently moved to an old townhouse in Lancaster. Walk recently became a grandfather for the first time with identical twin boys. |

 Chad joined Susquehanna Glass in 2005 as a partner. He has 17 years of experience in operations and manufacturing environments. As the President of Susquehanna Glass, Chad is responsible for the overall operation and execution of the strategic plan. Chad's diverse manufacturing experience allows him to help develop flexible operations for the many processes that Susquehanna Glass uses to offer personalized products and materials. Chad is a veteran of Desert Storm where he served on the Submarine USS Benjamin Franklin. He enjoys the beach, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family and friends. |

 Terri has been with Susquehanna Glass for 25 years. She started her employment as a secretary working for the sales and marketing manager. She has held various positions including order entry/invoicing and human resources as well as assistant with several clerical duties and sales. Terri's primary responsibility is working as the assistant to the CEO of the company, Walter Rowen. Terri is an avid Phillies and Notre Dame fan and enjoys dancing, fun in the sun, spending time with friends and family and her golden doodle, Maggie. |

 Jen began working at Susquehanna Glass in 1993 in our retail store, eventually training to become one of our hand cut artists. After over 13 years working in our hand cutting department, she stepped up to become part of our leadership team in the factory. Today, Jen is our factory production supervisor. Her biggest daly tasks involve strategic planning to make sure the team has the proper tools to do their daily jobs effectively and keep production on schedule. At home, Jen is a single mother raising two sons who love to race flat track dirtbikes. Her family has been into racing motorcycles since Jen was a child. She loves spending time with her sons and family. |

 Sandy began working at Suquehanna Glass in 1981 where she was employed for nearly 22 years. She began working in our retail store, eventually becoming the manager of inventory control and purchasing for the company. She left in 2003; however, five years later, in 2008, Sandy made her way back to Susquehanna Glass where she resumed her previous position as inventory control and purchasing manager for both the factory and the retail store. Sandy keeps a close watch on core product inventory levels and special products to fill customer orders. Sandy has a 26 year old daughter who will soon be married. She loves gardening and spending time with her 91year old mother, who is her best friend. Sandy has a passion for NASCAR® and her driver, #24 Jeff Gordon. She travels to several races, where she has met Jeff Gordon twice! |

 Kristen began working at Suquehanna Glass in 2008 upon her graduation of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. Focusing mainly on new program development, Kristen uses her knowledge of graphic communications and printing to bring creative focus to the company. Designing and compiling the company catalogs, websites, promotional materials and product photography are some of the daily tasks taken on by Kristen. She is responsible for managing our art department and assisting our sales team with new designs, ideas and programs. Kristen love the outdoors. She enjoys camping and hiking in the mountains. Her favorite hobbies include running, sports, photography, cooking and spending time with her family, friends and pets. |

 Terry joined the Susquehanna Glass team in early 2008 and works in our office entering and invoicing orders as well as maintaining accounts receivable. She is responsible for all program order downloads and invoicing completed daily. When calling our offices, you will most likely speak with Terry as she also plays the role of our receptionist and customer service support. Terry loves to read, watch movies and spend time with her son, family and friends. She has one cat, named Ellie, who loves Terry's attention. She grew up in Baltimore, Maryland but has lived in Pennsylvania for nearly seven years. |

 Scott graduated from Art Institute of York in March 2007 with an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design. He is now the graphic artist at Susquehanna Glass where he manipulates and designs artwork to be printed or etched. He is responsible for layout, sizing and placement of logos and information for proofing for both wholesale and retail customers. Scott also designs custom art when needed. He began working for Susquehanna Glass in May of 2010 and has quickly acclimated himself to the pace of business in Columbia. When not designing logos for glassware, Scott enjoys watching and partaking in sports. When needed, Scott helps out on his family farm; mostly in the summer. When the former activites are not so pressing, Scott often finds himself in rather unfamiliar buildings looking for ghosts. |

 Joe has been with Susquehanna Glass for 38 years. He began in 1972 in the shipping and receiving department. In 1972, he transferred to head of the sandblast and etching departments. Leaving in 1977, he returned one year later as the receiving department leader. Joe has been part of our sales force for the past 20 years and has extensive knowledge of the products and processes that we offer. Joe is a collector of hats and horseshoes. He enjoys boating, cooking and spending time with his daughter, Jessica. |

 Mark joined the team in the fall of 2010 to expand our national sales and distribution. He has over 30 years of experience in the dinnerware, glassware, and flatware business; which includes housewares and giftware. He has managed several major branded companies in the capacity of Vice President of Sales and Marketing Director for the German based WMF of America. Mark is a graduate of Staunton Military Academy, Marquette University and the University of Massachusettes, Amheart. He is a native of the Boston area and currently resides there. |

 Sophia has been employed by Susquehanna Glass since January 2002. She has over 25 years of sales, marketing and management experience from retailing to the food industry to custom decorated glassware. She also serves as book keeper for her husband's business. As the Senior Sales Associate, she is responsible for selling decorated glassware and other various products to specific markets: wineries, breweries, restaurants, gift shops, museums and corporate accounts. She listens to determine the needs of her customers before offering a solution. Sophia is married and is blessed with two incredible sons. She also has two labs and a deer. She enjoys watching her sons play baseball. She loves to go hiking, walks with Kelani and Kaleen, the outdoors, the Philadelphia Eagles, Nicholas Sparks novels, traveling, cooking and simply hanging out with her family and friends. |
